Money2India UK FAQs - Register and Login

To transfer money via Money2India UK, simply Sign Up on our website or Mobile App. Once registered, add a recipient in India, confirm the best exchange rate, and transfer funds using your UK bank account or debit card. Once funds received at our end, the money is transferred to the recipient’s bank account in India. 

Money2India UK exclusively facilitates the transfer of money from any bank in the UK to any bank in India, ensuring convenient and secure transactions. This platform allows you to send money to various banks across India, but it does not support transfers to bank accounts in any other country. Additionally, it is important to note that you can only send funds to individual recipients, not to other entities including but not limited to business current account, charity accounts etc.

No, you do not need to hold a personal account with ICICI bank UK to use the Money2India UK platform. You can initiate transfers from personal account held in any bank in the UK to any bank in India through the Money2India platform.

However, if you already have UK Personal Bank account with us, you won’t be able to register on the Money2India UK platform as there's no need for you to sign up separately on Money2India UK. You can use our "Money transfer to India" service through internet banking or our mobile application of personal account held with ICICI Bank UK . This service provides the same functionality as Money2India UK for sending money to India. This is done to enhance your convenience and avoid the need for additional sign-ups on Money2India UK separately.

If you have a UK Personal Bank account with us, you don’t require to register separately on Money2India UK. You can conveniently access our "Money transfer to India" service through our internet banking or our mobile application. This service offers the same functionality as Money2India UK for sending money to India.

If you've forgotten your login credentials, then navigate to the "Trouble Logging In?" section on our Login page. Follow the instructions provided on the screen to reset your User ID or password and regain access to your account.

You can unlock your Money2India UK account by visiting “Trouble Logging In” section on our Login page. Select “User ID locked” & follow the instructions provided on the screen to unlock your User ID.

There are several reasons why your Money2India UK account may get locked. One common reason is entering your password incorrectly three times in a row, which triggers an automatic lock to safeguard your account from any unauthorised access.
