The new app can be downloaded from Google Play for Android devices or Apple App store for iOS devices . Please note that the users with the old Mobile Banking App can continue to use the app but they will not be able to use the new features given above.
New users can download the Mobile Banking App from Google Play for Android devices or Apple App store for iOS devices. |

After downloading the app, you can activate the mobile banking service by following 4 easy steps: |

Login to Mobile Banking App using the existing Internet Banking User ID and password; |
|
|
|
|
|
You will receive the activation code on your registered mobile number; |
|
|
|
|
|
Enter the activation code in your Mobile Banking App |
|
|
|
|
|
Select your personal 6-digit M-PIN and you are all set to use the ICICI Bank UK PLC Mobile Banking App. |
|
|
|
If you want to download the app on a tablet or another mobile, just follow the same process as set out above. |

Security |
|
|
The M-PIN will now be a 6-digit number which you can set. Please ensure that you do not share the M-PIN with anyone.
We have now enabled fingerprint scanning for logging into the Mobile Banking App. You will be able to use this feature if your phone supports fingerprint sensing. |
