Money2India UK FAQs - Identity & Address verification
You may be asked to upload identity and address verification documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and to maintain the security of your Money2India UK account. While most identity verifications are completed instantly, there are instances where we require additional documentation for verification purposes.
In such instances, you will receive notifications via your registered email, SMS, and in-app alerts, informing you to provide certified and valid identity and address proof documents. It's important to upload proper and valid certified documents to expedite the verification process. Certified documents refer to documents that have been attested or verified by an authorized individual. Detailed information on what is meant by "Certified Documents" can be found in the FAQs section.
While completing your registration if you have been asked to upload the documents or you receive the email/SMS communication for document upload then it is mandatory to upload your identity and current address documents. This ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and helps maintain the security of your transactions & account.
Your uploaded documents might still be getting reviewed by Money2India UK and may take some time. Until your documents are fully reviewed and approved, you might not be able to initiate transfers. Additionally further verification beyond the submission of documents may be necessary in some cases, depending on compliance requirements and regulatory standards. There are also remote chances that your account is under review or suspended due to concerns such as suspicious activity or discrepancies in provided information. Lastly, technical issues or system maintenance may occasionally disrupt platform functionality, affecting your ability to perform transactions. In any case, we request you to kindly get in touch with us at ukservice@icicibank.com or you can contact our customer service support team.
