These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the “Joyalukkas” being extended by ICICI Bank UK PLC (“ICICI Bank”).
The words “we”, “us” and “our” mean ICICI Bank.
By participating in this offer, a customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which may be amended, modified or supplemented at any time by us. Any changes in the Terms and Conditions will be posted and updated on this website.
Terms and Conditions
Definitions
- “Alliance Partner” shall mean Joyalukkas, who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer
- “Customer/s” for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who holds a valid ICICI Bank UK VISA Debit Card issued by ICICI Bank UK and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
- “Card" shall mean Debit card which has been issued by ICICI Bank UK and is valid and subsisting during the Program Period.
- “Cardholder” shall mean a customer to whom a card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the card.
- “Offer” shall mean the discount provided on products/services of the Alliance Partner and shall be provided to the Customer free of cost.
- “Offer Period” shall mean the period mentioned under ‘offer validity’ section
- “Offer/deal/promo Code(s)” shall mean coupon code provided under section ‘Steps to avail the offer’
- “Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been canceled /rejected /unsuccessful by the Alliance Partner.
Terms prescribed by the alliance partner
- Offer valid only at Joyalukkas outlets in the UK
- Redemption of this offer is applicable only for jewellery purchases.
- Only one voucher can be redeemed per single purchase transaction.
- Offer is not valid for gold coins, gold bars, 24kt products and Loose Diamonds.
- Encashment of this offer is not permitted.
- Validation of this offer is required at the time of purchase.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional products & offers.

General terms
- ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the Products/Services under the Offer provided by the Alliance Partner.
- The Offer is not valid for Void Transactions
- Any dispute or claim regarding the goods/ services must be resolved by the Customer/s with the Alliance Partner directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
- ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/damage/claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed by the Customer/s under the Offer offered by the Alliance Partner.
- ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Customer/s from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
- ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer at its own discretion. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the offer at its own discretion or where we are prevented from continuing because of any legal or regulatory issue(s), a systems failure, the failure by any third party to perform services; or for any cause beyond our reasonable control without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation.
- The Customer/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by the Alliance Partner in this regard.
- ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods/ services by the Alliance Partner.
- The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and/or on services for which such offers cannot be made available.
- No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the, Terms & Conditions shall be allowed.
- This Offer shall be subjected to all applicable central/or state laws, rules and regulations
- The Alliance Partner shall be solely responsible for all after sales services including but not limited to warranty, guarantee, delivery, repairs, maintenance, replacement with respect to the products/services provided by it to the Customer/s under the Offer and ICICI Bank shall in no event be liable to provide the Alliance Partner any assistance, payments for such services.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in these terms and conditions under ICICI Bank shall not be liable to the Customer for any third party claims, demands, suit, actions, or other proceedings against the Alliance Partner or its personnel or any other person engaged by the Alliance Partner in the course of performance of the Alliance Partner’s obligations under Offer and the Customers and third parties and would therefore keep ICICI Bank indemnified of the same.
- These terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and all disputes arising out of this offer shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Courts of England.
