  Terms and Conditions for "ICICI Bank UK PLC and PruHealth" Health & Save Offer
               Information for existing customers who availed the policy as per the offer terms below




Definitions:

 
‘Customer’ refers to a successful first time applicant for a Policy.
‘Policy’ refers to the PruHealth policy provided through ICICI Bank UK PLC (‘ICICI Bank’).
‘Health & Save Offer’ refers to the promotional interest offer.
‘Cash back Offer’ refers to the 10% cash back offer.
‘ICICI Bank UK Branch’ refers to any branch of ICICI Bank, located in the United Kingdom.
‘Health & Save Offer Period’ refers to the period from 01.10.2008 to 31.03.2009 during which the promotional interest rate will be valid;  Quotes given prior to the closing date will be honored for 30 days and still be eligible for the offer.

Health & Save Offer:

 
This offer is available to all new and existing ICICI Bank HiSAVE and ICICI Bank HomeVantage Current Account customers who take out a PruHealth policy between 1 October 2008 and 31 March 2009. ICICI Bank HiSAVE customers who have a balance of up to £2000 will earn an interest rate of 8.50% AER/8.19% Gross p.a. (variable) for 12 months on their ICICI Bank HiSAVE Account. ICICI Bank HomeVantage Current Account customers who have a balance of up to £2000 will earn an interest rate of 5.11% AER /5.00% Gross p.a. (variable) for 12 months on their ICICI Bank HomeVantage Current Account.

Cash back Offer:
  If you are not an existing ICICI Bank account holder and take out a PruHealth policy by 31 March 2009, you’ll get 10% cash back of your first year’s premium at the end of your first policy year.

Terms & conditions:

 
Participation in the offers will be subject to these terms and conditions and such other terms and conditions as specified by ICICI Bank from time to time.
The Health and Save Offer and Cash back Offer are only valid in the United Kingdom for customers who are 18 years or older and residents in the United Kingdom.
The Health and Save Offer and Cash back Offer only applies to customers who purchase a PruHealth policy through www.icicibank.co.uk or call PruHealth on 0800 434 6528 and quote 'ICICI001'.
Only one promotional offer applies. If you hold both a HiSAVE Savings Account and HomeVantage Current Account and we receive a request from you to receive interest rate on your both HiSAVE and HomeVantage Current Account, the promotional interest rate will only be applied to your Current account.
The promotional interest earned will be added to your account if your Policy is still active at the end of the last business day of every month. If your Policy is not active in a month, then you will not receive the promotional interest rate.
ICICI Bank will obtain list of eligible customers from PruHealth in order to credit customers’ accounts with the promotional interest rate.
ICICI Bank is committed to a policy of protecting the rights and privacy of all the individuals about whom it holds ‘‘personal information’’ in accordance with the Data Protection Act. The details shall strictly be used for purposes aforesaid and shall be retained only so long as is necessary.
If you are an ICICI Bank HomeVantage Current Account holder, you will need to enter your Current Account number (which can either be your ICICI HomeVantage Current Account number or any other bank’s Current Account number) at the time of paying the PruHealth insurance premium. Once you have received your policy, you will need to login to your HomeVantage Current online account and raise a Service Request, requesting to receive the promotional interest rate in your HomeVantage Current Account. In the Service Request form for “Register for Promotional Interest Rate on PruHealth”, you will need to enter following fields:
  • Select HomeVantage Current Account No
  • PruHealth Policy number
  • PruHealth Policy date
  • Current Account no used during payment for PruHealth premium
  • E-mail Id
  • Contact No

  • You need to raise a Service Request within one month from the start date of your policy in order to receive the promotional interest rate; otherwise you will receive a 10% cash back in your bank account registered with PruHealth after 12 months of the Policy.
    If you are an ICICI Bank HiSAVE Savings Account holder, you will need to enter your Current Account number (which can either be your ICICI HomeVantage Current Account number or any other bank’s Current Account number) at the time of paying the PruHealth insurance premium. Once you have received your policy, you will need to login to your HiSAVE online account and raise a Service Request, requesting to receive the promotional interest rate in your HiSAVE Account. In the Service Request form for “Register for Promotional Interest Rate on PruHealth”, you will need to enter following fields:
  • Select HiSAVE Savings Account No
  • PruHealth Policy number
  • PruHealth Policy date
  • Current Account no used during payment for PruHealth premium
  • E-mail Id
  • Contact No

  • You need to raise a Service Request within one month from the start date of your policy in order to receive the promotional interest rate; otherwise you will receive a 10% cash back in your bank account registered with PruHealth after 12 months of the Policy.
    Cash back will only be awarded if the full term of the 12 month Policy is completed i.e., it is not cancelled anytime before its expiry.
    ICICI Bank will contact Customers to confirm cash back payment details on the completion of the Policy term.
    The 10% cash back will be based on the premium paid after any discounts have been applied.
    ICICI Bank reserves the right to amend or withdraw these offers at any time, without providing reasons for such amendment or withdrawal.
    ICICI Bank is the promoter of the Offer and is responsible for providing and crediting customers’ accounts with the promotional interest rate and cash back. PruHealth bears no responsibility for these offers or its terms and conditions, and makes no representation and holds out no warranty in relation to ICICI Bank’s services including in the administration of the accounts.
    PruHealth is the provider of the health insurance policy. ICICI Bank makes no representation and holds out no warranty in relation to the quality of such policy, after sale services, or any effects of the exercise of associated benefits, and will not be responsible for any deficiency in service on the part of any such third party provider.
    ICICI Bank UK PLC acts as an introducer to PruHealth. PruHealth is a trading name of Prudential Health Limited and Prudential Health Services Limited. The Policy and the Offer shall be governed by these terms and conditions in addition to PruHealth’s terms and conditions. Prudential Health Limited and Prudential Health Services Limited are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
    All disputes under the Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. These terms are subject to the laws of England and Wales.
